Trip is not refundable under any circumstances unless otherwise specified. Trip cancellation requests with more than 45 days notice of departing date will be eligible to receive full refund. Any cancellation within 45 days from the departing date will receive a refund in the form of online store credit or a future charter date. Deposits are non-refundable . No exceptions. Trip may be cancelled leading up to departing date due to unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to weather, repairs, etc. Passengers can transfer to a future charter or refunds for trip cancellations for unforeseen circumstances will be handled on occasion.
